The Head of Marketing at Jgive will lead the organization's marketing efforts to position and strengthen the Jgive brand and its sub-brands while significantly increasing platform activity. As a result, this will drive substantial growth in the giving ecosystem in Israel. The Head of Marketing will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with various departments within the organization as well as with external marketing partners. The role reports directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and roadmap, including market research, trend analysis, marketing goals, and KPIs. This includes fostering growth through both organic and paid channels.
Oversee and drive all ongoing marketing activities while maintaining hands-on involvement.
Combine data-driven insights with intuition to create user-focused growth strategies.
Design and implement marketing plans for different organizational departments (B2C, B2B), including campaign analysis, execution, and optimization.
Initiate and manage strategic marketing partnerships.
Manage budgets and vendors: track expenses and continuously measure ROI.
Oversee content management and development.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in establishing, managing, and leading marketing departments in a mid-to-large-scale global organization and/or in Israel.
At least 2 years of experience as a Brand Marketing Lead including proven experience in brand building (messaging, branding, positioning) and increasing awareness.
Successful experience in managing, building, and scaling teams of at least 3-5 employees and 5 freelancers simultaneously.
At least 2 years of experience in both B2B and B2C marketing channels.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing and demand generation through both organic and paid growth engines.
Full proficiency in email marketing and marketing tools, such as Customer.io and Webflow.
Full proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Proven ability to manage and develop multiple marketing channels simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience managing complex projects.
Fluent in Hebrew (native level or very high proficiency).
